Originally, it was planned to put this fountain in the Shevchenko park , however, due to the constantly strong winds in this area, the fountain was decided to be transferred to the embankment of the city. Local residents are very fond of this fountain and most know it under the name "Dandelion" – after its form reminiscent to the flower.
