Waiver of legal liability

I understand those risks and have provided my Tour Guide with details of any pre-existing medical conditions I may have.

I fully assume the risks of travel and fully and forever release and discover.net.ua, _____________ (name of Tour Guide) all other related corporations, partnerships, individuals and all relevant officials and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, “those who refused legal liability”) from any costs (including, actual legal costs), claims, demands, actions, causes of action and liabilities whatsoever for any and all losses, damages, death or injuries to person or loss of property, which may be sustained by me in connection with or in any way relating to this trip, due to any cause or reason whatsoever including, without limitation, the reckless, willful or negligent actions or omissions of those who refused legal liability or any other person or people.
