The temple is located in the place of an uncanny cinema, in the vicinity of the motor-builders' gate. Until 2000 St. Andrew's religious community of the city gathered in a converted cinema room. The temple was named in honor of the Apostle Andrew the First-Called. St. Andrew's cathedral is decorated with a huge central dome and two small domes on the sides. Nearby stands a tall bell tower. To date, the golden domes of the temple sparkle in the sun, low columns frame the facades of the cathedral and the upper tiers of the bell tower, and the classic style, softness, lightness of details and beautiful wall paintings create a joyful impression of the contemplation of the temple.
