The institution has European cuisine, dishes are prepared on charcoal. Its own brewery produces four sorts of unfiltered beer by creative recipes: light, wheaten, dark, and ale. The Baron Razgulyaeff serves all kinds of beer snacks: pork ears, dried meat, cheese sticks, squids in beer aspic, chebureks (meat pasties). Here you can also try the house specialty Eisbein (pork knuckle served with stewed cabbage and mustard), meat fyulle for a large company, Prague, Munich, Swiss sausages, trout, steak of turkey.
The restaurant has its own bakery, and there are guided tours of the brewery.
The institution has two large halls on the two floors and a karaoke-hall. The interior is styled as antique and is topically supplemented with brewing equipment.
