A snake cave can be seen in the northern part of the island of Khortytsia. It is located under a huge cliff of rock, called the «Higher Head». The snake cave is located near the Black Rock in the northern part of the island. This is the largest known cave on Khortytsia, which is a crevice in a granite rock. Access to it is complex, so almost no one visits it. The cave is not large in size and damp, which makes it impossible for a person to stay in it for a long time.
